"The Fleet Fingers of Ruggiero Ricci"

In 1947, American violinist Ruggerio Ricci was the first violinist to record the complete 24 Caprices, Op. 1, by Paganini, in their original form. Ricci's first recording – our feature - was on the Shellac recording label (he later made three other recordings of the Caprices, including his 1997 recording on Paganini's own Guarneri, Il Cannone, on loan to him by the City of Genoa, Italy.)

Hi! This set was uploaded originally from a public domain site. The artist passed away about 10 years ago and the recording is from well over 60 years ago, which meets the basic criteria for PD in Canada. You are welcome to use any track here, as long as you attribute it to Mr. Ricci!

Subject: Question about usage

Hi! I was hoping to use #10 in a short film for school that I am making, with the goal of eventually submitting it to a film festival and/or posting on youtube. If I attribute properly, is this allowed?
